JOB DESCRIPTION –

Hourly wage - $22.40 + profit sharing + commissions + 401K + Health Ins + PTO + A greater purpose to come to work!!

These elite team members will assist the disabled across the country navigate through their health care insurance needs. They will be paid through the training and testing that is required for this demanding position. When they are ready, they will assist the Disabled to make potential lifesaving decisions as a licensed and insured health care agent. Making sure our client has the best options from both a health care perspective and financial demands.

Traditional Monday through Friday work hours with the option to work Saturdays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS –

1. Background check

2. Able to Study and pass tests

3. Ability to multitask

4. Basic computer skills

Position is NOT a sales position. If they push clients into the wrong plan, they would not be welcome on our team.

The job is a research, educate and close position. Assertive, but not high pressure.
