Job Description

COMPASS CONSULTING GROUP is hiring a Sales Operations Intern to help support a growing organization. This position will provide support through independent and team projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Assists with data gathering and metric reporting for operational teams

2.      Maintains data integrity and consistency, including ATS Company, Client, and Candidate information

3.      Assists with lead generation activities to support business development and sales

4.      Assists with setting up tools and database for outreach automations

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Participates in departmental meetings

2.      Interacts with Business Development/Sales and Marketing to complete new projects

3.      Gathering and distilling digital analytics

4.      Performs other duties, assignments, or special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

·        Must have strong attention to detail with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

·        Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite minimum)

·        Exceptional organizational skills

·        Excellent communication with the ability to work as a part of a team as well as individual contributor

·        Technologically savvy and aptitude to learn new tools and applications

EDUCATION:

·        A current undergraduate student at an accredited university in pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered

·        Eager to learn and demonstrate professional curiosity

·        Experience leading, influencing, and managing team projects

EXPERIENCE:

·        Experience in fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed is considered a plus
