    ****We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO and EVP, Delivery. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for our leadership team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    2. Communication Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in replying to inquiries and drafting communications.
    3. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure seamless communication within the executive team and other departments. Coordinate details for team meetings, summits, and events including travel arrangements, agenda creation, calendaring, catering, etc.
    4. Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive team members and candidates traveling in for interviews.
    5. Document Preparation: Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Proofread and ensured accuracy in all materials produced for the executive team.
    6. Expense Management: Track and reconcile executive team expenses. Process and submit expense reports in a timely manner. ~~~~
    7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    8. Project Support: Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
    9. EA Team Support: Act as a team member to support Dallas office events and activities and share in weekly Dallas office administrative support tasks (i.e. coffee machine setup/takedown, popcorn machine, and other Dallas-based events).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
