Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Answer the phone with live connections • Nurture leads daily • Available to show homes on short notice • Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week • Attend all meetings and ongoing training • Comfortable making videos • We offer a complete in-house team ready to support you with marketing pieces, showings assistance, transactions, or any extra help you need.
