Compass Marketing is looking for Sports Minded Advertising Executives to join their various teams now! Compass is looking for Sports Minded Advertising Executives that are passionate about Sports, social media, Brand Marketing, Communications, and PR with experience and/or interest in customer service & sales. You'll be working alongside the CEO and commercial team to assist in PR, customer service, sales & marketing event campaigns representing our charity clients to the masses. You'll gain first-hand experience in marketing & communications and directly assist in bringing our charity campaigns to life. 

This is an entry-level role with real responsibilities, not VOLUNTARY COFFEE RUNS AND NOTE-TAKING! 

Our events are fast-paced, fun, vibrant & competitive - like sports but without the equipment! The events run daily at predetermined locations during normal opening hours. You'll be learning and applying basic sales, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction, and branding techniques to attract the attention of the public and getting them excited about our cause! We want our charity to get as many donors as possible to eradicate starvation & poverty and that's where you come in! We work on a face-to-face basis with our potential donors as we believe the personal approach is what makes us stand out. Gaining new, long-term donors for the charity is the aim of the game – have you got what it takes to be on the winning team?
