Job Description

The IT department designs, maintains, and supports the company’s information technology infrastructure, allowing the company to leverage information and technology in an efficient, productive and secure manner. The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting the IT department with handling support issues and racking servers.

Through this experience, the IT Intern will gain significant knowledge and insight into the mortgage industry while learning real world IT issues and systems. The IT Intern will have the opportunity to work with virtual environments, offer technical support to Compass employees, and learn how to provide excellent customer service while functioning within a team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Network/Systems Administrator classes or has experience in an IT related role
• Adaptable problem solver
• Detail oriented and organized
• Effective communicator
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
