The Human Resources Department at Compass Mortgage is responsible for managing all functions related to personnel, including compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring, performance management, training, and organizational development and culture.The HR Intern will be responsible for aiding in the improvement of the hiring and on-boarding process, policy and document revision, remote experience improvements, and other project-based assignments. Through this experience, the HR Intern will gain significant knowledge and insight into the mortgage industry as well as the field of Human Resources.
