We are in need of an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate as well as provide an excellent experience to our customers. Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 • $60,000-80,000 Expected First Year Earnings • Performance-based bonuses • PTO and paid holidays • PTO earned after a number of months of being there. • Growth Potential Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license or pursuing required • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 at plan earnings
