    We are looking for a passionate, driven customer service/sales representative in the Morristown, NJ area to join an elite team. In addition to giving our consumers a first-quality experience, your duties will include cold calling, cultivating connections with prospective customers, prospecting new leads, raising our lead conversion rate, and more. Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 • $60,000-80,000 Expected First Year Earnings • Performance-based bonuses • PTO and paid holidays • PTO earned after a number of months of being there. • Growth Potential Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Qualifications: • A minimum of two years experience in the real estate industry • US work authorization • A valid real estate license • Proven experience in lead generation and phone sales • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Expected First Year Earnings
