Responsibilities: Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction Represent at least 30 to 50 buyers per year to achieve your compensation level goals Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport Be an organizational and time management professional You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand Be a strong communicator Willing to work evenings and weekends Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
