    KEYS TO SUCCESS

    To be successful, You should have:

    • Ideal for person with 1-4yrs total experience AND 1+ year(s) in high touch recruiting/outside sales role conducting phone and in-person assessments - preferably with corporate sales/recruiting and a strong network in the SoCal market
    • Drive to consistently exceed minimum activity levels and thrive in goal- based performance metric environment
    • Knowledge and understanding of applicant tracking system(s)
    • Strong internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage the nuances of different job boards and search engines
    • Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry by providing a best-in-class candidate experience
    • Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills 
    • Desire to solve problems and think creatively
    • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude and be a great team player
    • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
    • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

    X FACTOR - DO YOU HAVE IT?

    • Familiarity with Consulting Industry and ability to attract/engage sophisticated audience (quality, not quantity)
    • Ability to Drive Talent Strategy
    • Proven track record of building/maintaining relationships
    • Understanding of roles/responsibilities of a Process, Change/Transformation and/or Technology project consultant
    • Aptitude and/or experience engaging in dialogue around Data, CRM, Cloud or Digital 
    • Demonstrated Adaptability - Ability to drive forward in ambiguous environments 
    • Tenacity / Grit - see things through
    • Amazing energy to inspire!

    YOU WILL BE ENTRUSTED WITH

    DEVELOPING/MAINTAINING A TALENT NETWORK

    • Work with the talent team and account leadership teams to source/attract, screen and recruit top performing consultants and consulting leaders across our business and technology capability areas
    • Build effective sourcing strategies to identify experienced business, process and technology consultants and create a healthy candidate pipeline
    • Actively target, pursue, and successfully engage top performing candidates into our talent experience
    • Maintain candidate relationships and drive proactive communication 
    • Organize and execute campaigns to targeted prospective candidates

     

    ASSESSING AND EDUCATING CANDIDATES

    • Conduct introductory calls with candidates to explain who we are, what we do and why we would be an amazing place to work
    • Assess candidate fit and coach them through exploring an opportunity with CompassX
    • Explain our talent engagement experience
    • Address candidate questions/concerns

    FOSTERING OUR TALENT ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

    • Champion active candidates through the our Talent Experience Experience
    • Facilitate communications and coordination through the candidate lifecycle (e.g., hand-off to next interviewer, schedule meetings, follow-up with interviewer/candidate to ensure timely scheduling/execution, schedule internal debrief)
    • Follow-Up on administrative items related to the Talent Experience Lifecycle (e.g., writing sample, compensation verification, candidate dashboards)

    ENHANCING OUR CULTURE AND TALENT ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

    • Drive and innovate pipeline reporting and insights
    • Own KPI Reporting by aggregating information across the talent lifecycle and roll up/summarize to leadership: weekly / monthly / annually
    • Create and drive innovative strategies to provide a "best in class" candidate experience and meet company growth goals
    • Help drive branding/marketing and build awareness of CompassX in the OC and LA markets
    • Attend CompassX sponsored events to network and build relationships
