REMOTE (MUST BE LOCATED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA) ABOUT COMPASSX We are a business and technology consulting firm specializing in helping businesses build their corporate identity and strategy by offering program management, process optimization, enterprise cost reduction, organizational alignment, data management, and technology systems integration. We work with Fortune 1000 clients in the financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and retail/ supply chain industries and our niche is working with businesses in our own backyard, who are headquartered in Orange County. ABOUT THE TECHNICAL RECRUITER ROLE We are a dynamic team of consultants looking for a Technical Recruiter who will help build our team of Business Development Managers, Data Analysts, Project Consultants and more. You will understand the unique needs of our business model and be a dynamic force in helping us continue to grow, continue to be successful, and allow us to continue to offer the best customer experience and services to our clients. A strong background with recruiting, talent search, and staff augmentation will help in being successful in this role. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

• Aggressively prospect for talented candidates
• Source, assess, interview, and recommend candidates for our key positions
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to attract top talent
• Conduct communication through social media outreach, email, and phone calls
• Continuously develop your networks and partnerships to build a database of candidates
• Lead and manager our team of recruiters in support of these functions.
