Job Description

We are seeking Managers & Senior Managers to join our team and support client growth in Southern California.

As an experienced Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing large, complex projects including owning high-touch client communications, project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, monitoring vendor performance, and client relationships.

Our Senior Managers must have the ability to evaluate client needs and provide adequate, innovative, and high-impact solutions. The Senior Manager is responsible for working with the client team and internal leadership to set project direction and establish deliverables.

DO YOU HAVE SEVERAL OF THE FOLLOWING?

• 4+ years performing in a senior program or project manager role; 10+ years total experience; 6+ yrs with a premier business or technology consulting firm.

• 5+ years if experience running projects agile and/or as a Scrum Master; experience with SAFe

• Experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or program manager on fast-paced business & technology projects

• Ability to manage and influence blended resource teams and achieve measurable results

• Proven track record of delivering highly complex projects and programs

• Strong familiarity with agile methodology, running sprints, and scrum teams

• Strong data, CRM, cloud or digital project experience

• Strong process optimization or organizational transformation project experience

• Track record of winning project extensions & building strong client relationships
