Job Description

We are seeking a caregiver/direct care worker to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Collaborate with clients and management for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred
• Compassionate and caring demeanor 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

TO START RIGHT AWAY, YOU WILL NEED:

*CPR and First Aid Certifications

*Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

GROUP HOME LOCATION: Location 1: The major cross streets are 7th St and Loop 101 ( Zip: 85024)

Location 2: The major cross streets are 35th Ave and Thunderbird Rd. ( Zip: 85029)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Mornings: 7:00am-3:00pm (Weekends)

Evenings: 3:00pm-11:00pm (Weekends)

Overnights: 11:00pm-7:00am (Weekdays and Weekends)

OTHER PREFERENCES:

• Caregiver/Direct Support Worker/Home Health Care Experience.
• Valid Driver's License
• Article 9 Certification
• Prevention and Support Certification
