About the Role:

Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team in Modesto, CA. As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide assistance with meal preparation and medication reminders

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship

Document and report any changes in client's condition to the care manager

Requirements:

Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Ability to obtain a TB test, Home Care Aide Registration
