About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.

Assist with mobility and physical exercises to enhance client well-being.

Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote mental stimulation.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations in caregiving practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Previous experience in home care or caregiving roles is a plus.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
