    Who We’re Looking For

    We’re looking for passionate therapists who share our mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care. The ideal clinician thrives in a culture that values:

    Responsibilities

    Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    Maintain ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes

    Carry a caseload of approximately 27 client sessions per week

    Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a dynamic clinical team

    Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals

    Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and internal team members as needed

    Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and ongoing training

    Required Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution

    Active LCPC or LCSW-C license in Maryland

    Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation

    Additional Information

    This role operates under the general direction of the Clinical Manager, within a collaborative and clinician-centered environment.

    Compensation: $83,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year at full time status
