Compensation Analyst
Bring your compensation career and knowledge to Aristocrat to support our mission of Bringing Joy to Life through the Power of Play. As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organization. Working closely with other stakeholders across the People & Culture team the Compensation Analyst will research current market practices, measure the effectiveness of existing plans, and evaluate current and future opportunities.
This hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) requires a strong drive to build relationships across the organization. You’ll regularly interface with team members of the Global Total Rewards Team. This position requires an individual with strong working knowledge and experience of compensation function, initiative, accountability, and ownership.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted compensation expert and thought leader supporting Aristocrat in all areas related to Total Rewards.
Providing analysis and modelling to support recommendations and solutions covering areas of employee compensation, including market analysis, variable pay administration, annual salary planning, grades, job design, and other Total Rewards initiatives. Researching issues and development solutions to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders across the Aristocrat Gaming organization to develop, build and implement compensation solutions aligned with our business’ key performance indicators
Collaborate with teams across our Finance and P&C/HR organization to ensure variable incentive plans are administered accurately, timely and reconciled.
Support the annual survey submission and analysis process.
Providing thought leadership for peers across the People & Culture team into Aristocrat's compensation policies, programs, and practices.

Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in compensation or related discipline
Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives; passionate about solving problems and bringing others along the way.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities.
Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.
Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced proficiency within Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media, entertainment, or technology organizations
Prior experience in equity and global compensation practices
Prior experience with Workday HCM and reporting
Progress in obtaining certified compensation professional designation

Pay Range
$69,284-$128,671
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
