Retention record maintenance, Tracking bonus and incentives, Conduct surveys and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends, Job reviews and evaluations, review and update job descriptions and qualifications, establish pay rates, stay abreast and analyze government regulations (local, state and federal), company policies, and agreements for compliance (including locations outside of Virginia), review job classification and makes recommendations, support HR Business Partners for Compensation related activities, Reporting and trend analysis, Facilitate and conduct training across the company, other duties as assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
The candidate will have reporting and data analytics skillsets. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Technical skills
Experience in developing and conducting training sessions, ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, display strong skillset in Time Management and meeting deadlines, and prior HR experience.
