We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Compensation professional for our client, an established, tech forward investment firm, to join their dynamic HR team in a newly created position. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence compensation practices across a diverse and growing group of companies. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative environment.
Please note this position has the ability to work out of the Manhattan office or Stamford office, at the candidate's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the design and modelling of variable compensation programs.
- Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date compensation data and benchmarks.
- Manage and support deferred compensation processes.
- Serve as a compensation point of contact for international HR teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on cross-border reward strategies, including mobility packages.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for modelling, reporting, and process automation.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a compensation or HR analytics role
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and a comfort with data modeling and reporting tools.
- Self-starter who’s curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to meaningful change.
- Ability to communicate effectively and partner with global teams and leadership.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What We Offer:
- $150,000 - 250,000 total compensation
