• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication of total rewards and benefit offerings.
• Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive within the industry.
• Manage benefit functions, including enrollment, renewals, and updates, to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support for commission-based compensation plans and ensure accuracy in processing.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze employee data related to compensation and benefits.
• Lead employee education initiatives to enhance understanding of benefits and compensation programs.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure effective delivery of benefit services.• Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration within an environment requiring attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations, claims administration, and benefits compliance.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and tools used for compensation and benefits management.
• Expertise in compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to employees and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong auditing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures and processes.
