    YOUR ROLE:

    Exciting opportunity in a global company for the right person to join a high performing team to address compensation challenges. You will assist the Corporate Compensation team to develop compensation programs and consult with management and HR partners to champion and drive competitive pay practices and programs that support business initiatives. Provide compensation analytical support to Senior Compensation team members. Prepares and maintains Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint and other PC based tools. Works on assignments that are complex in nature where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports Compensation team in preparing executive and non-executive new hire and promotion letters to include relocation agreements

    • Updates and maintains letter templates

    • Organizes and maintains executive working files

    • Tracks new executive hires and promotions, and relocations on a weekly basis and verifies eligibility for LTI awards, and informs manager if awardee's eligibility (grant date and award value) is impacted

    • Checks HRIS system and runs necessary new hire and/or promotion reports to check date of hire/promotion is in alignment with grant period to include any additional executives who are not on tracking sheet.

    • Follows up with HR to ensure outside US LTI letters are returned and signed by awardees prior to grant date

    • Informs all parties if there's any potential change to the grant value and effective date of grant

    • Sets-up new and updates change to job codes, salary grades and job descriptions in HRIS system for salary administration and recruitment purposes

    • Reviews salary survey matches with analysts and completes salary surveys

    • Assists manager and analysts with annual processes as directed. Responsibilities will require analytic support to include gathering, comparing, reviewing and updating information to ensure accuracy and simplifying processes.

    • Stock Administration

    • Sets up new accounts and sends out notification to new awardees

    • Serves as backs up Stock Administrator as necessary with new quarterly grant uploads and with processing termination activity within EEO

    • Generates report as needed for audit, tax and legal filings

    • General analyst support

    • Pull market data for global job alignment countries

    • May prepare various ad hoc reporting/analysis equity related projects

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field

    • Minimum 3 years in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation area

    • Experienced with technology in general, technical concepts and automation; highly competent using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and web-based applications

    • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    • Must have the ability to meet deadlines, ability to follow procedures accurately, strong attention to detail and handle confidential data

    • Work closely with all levels of management to ensure accuracy and timeliness

    • Well organized person who can handle many tasks at one time

    • Excellent customer service skills, responsiveness to client needs and accountability for actions. Self-motivated, goal oriented, dependable and fast learner; able to work independently and with a team in fast paced, challenging, dynamic environment

    • Excellent telephone and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Aptitude for learning quickly and building on knowledge over time
