Job Description
VERSANT will be a leading independent publicly traded media company comprised of cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNOW, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content.
Position Overview: The Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing Versant’s broad-based compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Reporting to the Head of Broad-Based Compensation, this role will lead compensation planning, benchmarking, and analytics, and serve as a key partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders in delivering effective compensation solutions.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP certification preferred. 5–7 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with a focus on broad-based compensation.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 (bonus eligible)
