Job Summary
The Compensation and Mobility Analyst will is responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international employee relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, cost control, and positive employee experience. In addition will manage compensation plans, incentive programs and policies in order to attract, motivate and retain the best talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of domestic relocations, including initiation, policy administration, and case management.
- Coordinate with relocation vendors (RMCs, movers, temporary housing providers, etc.) and ensure service quality.
- Track relocation cases, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and cost control
- Review relocation expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations,
- Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments.
- Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions.
- Responsible for auditing payroll information to validate people is paid correctly.
- Generate reports, standards and as requested.
- Develop a complete knowledge of all the HR tools/ platforms and maintain these systems as necessary.
- Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, review participants eligibility, calculations and overall compliance.
- Responsible for standardizing and running merit processes for all employees.
- Reviews and elaborates Compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs.
- Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
- 1-3 years of Compensation experience preferred
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Relocation, Global Mobility, or HR Operations.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred
- Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred
