We are a high-volume office with established property owners. The primary job will be as a leasing agent for the 260 doors that we manage. This position is commission-only compensation. Last year, we completed 160+ transactions for owners and tenants, generated commissions of approximately $70,000 This job is on-site in Fountain Valley, with office hours Monday to Friday, and open houses on weekends if needed. Responsibilities: • Meet with landlords, applicants, tenants, and visit the property to be leased • Run comps • Create and complete leasing contracts. Ensure contracts pass compliance audit • Coordinate photos with an in-house photographer • Input descriptions on MLS and Appfolio. Close MLS listings • Conduct open houses • Screen applications, vet tenants to owners • Conduct move-ins and move-outs • Collect leasing fee Qualifications: • Must have a real estate license in California • Proficient in AppFolio and MLS portal • Previous leasing experience • Strong communication and listening skills • Activity driven, self starter, team player Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
