Roles and responsibilities:
The Multimedia Specialist role involves creating engaging and impactful multimedia content to enhance the official's communication efforts.
Multimedia Content Development:
- Video Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with the official's communication strategy.
- Animation and Motion Graphics: Develop animated content and motion graphics to visually enhance presentations and communication materials.
Photography and Image Editing:
- Photography Support: Capture and edit photographs to create a visually cohesive narrative that complements communication initiatives.
- Image Enhancement: Utilize advanced editing techniques to enhance visual appeal and consistency across multimedia content.
Audio Production:
- Podcast Production: Develop and produce podcasts, coordinating scriptwriting, recording, and post-production activities.
- Voiceovers: Record and edit professional voiceovers for various multimedia projects.
Interactive Content Development:
- Interactive Presentations: Create interactive presentations and multimedia materials to engage and captivate the audience.
- Web-based Content: Develop web-based multimedia content, including interactive infographics, animations, and presentations.
Live Streaming and Virtual Events:
- Live Streaming Coordination: Plan and execute live-streamed events, ensuring a seamless and engaging virtual experience.
- Virtual Event Production: Produce multimedia content for virtual events, including presentations, videos, and interactive elements.
Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Communication Teams: Work closely with communication professionals to align multimedia content with overarching communication goals.

Technology Proficiency:
- Software Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency in multimedia software tools for video editing, graphic design, animation, and audio production.

Compliance and Ethics:

Qualifications/Experience:
At least 3 years of experience within the Federal space
BA / BS degree preferred
Working Knowledge Microsoft Office Tools
Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be a US Citizen
Must be clearable through Federal Civilian security clearance process, for access to national security programs
