Experience: 3+ years of coaching experience (you know your way around the gym… without tripping over mats!)

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

Inspire: Provide the instruction, corrections, and motivation that help students shine.

Grow: Develop skills and technique knowledge across gymnastics, preschool, and ninja programs.

Safety First: Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines to keep the fun safe.

Connect: Build meaningful, positive relationships with students, parents, and your fellow coaches.

Organize: Keep track of the magic with attendance and skill progress records.

The Essentials (Requirements)

Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and be able to maintain a consistent schedule (our kids count on you!).

Strength: Ability to spot athletes and move equipment (must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs).

Agility: Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and climb to navigate the gym and keep our athletes safe!

We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, NinjaZone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families!
