Job Summary

The technician assistant is an entry level position with significant room for growth. This position is idea for you if you enjoy working with your hands and still have a knack for technology. Your only goal is to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner while being a team player.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Lead Tech with

Documentation; moisture reading, Solitaire documentation, paper documentation

Mitigation; light demolition, water extraction, setting/monitoring equipment

Construction; light demolition, tarping roofs, emergency boardups

Assist with cleaning of vehicles, tools and facilities

Communicate with tech and Mit PM about work completed and customer concerns

Job Expectations

Ensure clean jobsite, clean equipment and safe work

Take part in after hours call rotation

Qualifications

High school (or GED) diploma.

Minimum Employment Standards

Clean driving record and background check

Attend company meetings

Arrive on time for meetings and events

Pass drug screening

Commitment to core values and company mission and vision

Abide by company dress code

Good written and oral communication skills
