Sales Support Administrator Job Description:
- Assis with estimating, job writing, job planning and overall execution of projects
- Direct customer contact when necessary or based on client relationship
- Collaborate with Client Relations Executives and Senior Account Executives regarding client activity requests with industrial design, installation, creative and prototype departments
- Support and facilitate any cross-department communication efforts and coordinate follow-up activities with resource departments
- Inspection of Jobs/Quality Control
- Support Director of Client Services in various tasks, as assigned
- Involved in final pack-outs to ensure strong job execution
- Inventory management – evaluate reports & initiate new part number institution
Sales Support Administrator Job Requirements:
- Ability to organize and schedule workflow based on volume demands. Requires strong time management and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to solve conceptual math problems efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
