Lake Charles facility has an opening for a FT Medical Insurance Collections position. Applicants must have medical insurance experience (pre-cert's, benefit verification, etc.) to be considered for this position. Duties include working insurance claim denials, sending appeals, drafting letters, escalating calls to supervisors to resolve the issues discovered. Demographic and interface proofing and charge entry are also likely along with cross training on payments and coding.
