We are looking for a hardworking, motivated Laborer to join our team. If hired, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping support operations.

Laborer duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient worksite while also supporting overall operations. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following: ****

• Physical work to support daily operations.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable
• Must have a clean background and clear drug test
• Cleaning and preparing work areas.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, or equipment.
• Assembling items per instruction
• Following instructions from supervisors.
• Assisting skilled craftsmen in their duties.
• Stamina and endurance : Able to perform very physical job activities, laborers have to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours and in extreme environmental conditions.
• Strength : The lifting duties involved in the job of a laborer often require lifting and carrying weights in excess of 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Committed to worksite safety.
• Capable and willing to pass a drug test.
• Attendance and punctuality is a must.
