Nurse Manager

Bronx NY

• $115-125k DOE
• Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, onsite
• Permanent/Direct hire

Duties:

• Develop and conducts Continuing Education programs for clinical staff
• conducts new hire orientation
• Conducts on going education on EMR and new policies implemented
• Conduct field visits with Nurses to assess competencies
• Develop and implement focused clinical studies
• Participate in Quality Assessment activities
• Assist in nursing staff recruitment

Requirements:

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Active NY RN License
• 5+ years experience conducting training classes or as an Educator in a healthcare facility.
