Probate & Family Law Attorney * Pay: $38- $40/ hr (Depending on experience) * Location: Lynn MA * Hours: 9AM-5:30PM (Can be flexible with a Hybrid schedule after training) Attorney Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings * Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents Attorney Requirements and Qualifications * Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school * License to practice law * Litigating experience (2-4 years) * Experience with Probate & Family Law (2-5 years) * Experience with Drafting (2-5 years) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Analytical skills * Attention to detail
