Customer Service Representative ( Hiring ASAP)
Job Description
PAY:$16/HR
Hours: M-F 8:30-5
Duties:
· Answer a high volume of incoming calls within a call center environment while utilizing multiple databases and resources in an efficient manner
· Assist customers identify available energy conservation programs, rules and applicable processes.
· Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals (e.g., chat/talk time, chats, emails and calls taken, speed of answer, service level, first contact resolution); and maintaining timely and accurate records of all activities in accordance with call center and company policy.
Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail
· MUST have previous Customer Service or call center experience
· Ability to work well with others and as an individual
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Problem-solving skills
