Complete Weddings + Events, a national leading provider of Event and Wedding Photography, Videography, Lighting, DJ, Coordination, and Photo Booth services, is currently hiring for the position of Wedding Coordinator in the Des Moines and North Central Iowa area. We are seeking energetic, fun, and organized individuals to join our coordination team. While experience in the wedding and event field is preferred, we are also willing to train the right candidates. We prioritize attitude and a positive demeanor as we play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments in people's lives.

Weddings typically take place on Fridays to Sundays, with occasional weeknight events. You can choose your availability based on your current commitments or work full-time with us. Pay will be based on experience, and most shifts are 8-12 hours, depending on the package selected by the client.

As a Wedding Coordinator, your responsibilities will include contacting vendors, formulating timelines, entering client data into planning software, coordinating rehearsal and wedding day activities, and maintaining communication with clients up to 60 days before the event. We are looking for self-driven, team-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, and friendly individuals who will be a perfect fit for this position.
