We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Admin Assistant with experience in automotive industry compliance, insurance coordination, and corporate governance to support business operations and risk management across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and internal policies

    Support corporate entity structuring and ongoing corporate governance requirements

    Oversee business compliance within the automotive industry, including BAR compliance

    Manage compliance related to fictitious business name (DBA) filings and related registrations

    Review and monitor insurance policies, certificates, and compliance requirements

    Maintain and organize compliance, legal, and insurance documentation

    Review and support understanding of purchase agreements and lease agreements

    Assist in compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments

    Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and corrective actions

    Provide compliance guidance to internal teams and leadership

    Support business operations through critical thinking and sound judgment

    Assist with compliance-related aspects of funding and financing processes

    Qualifications & Requirements

    2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk-related roles

    Strong knowledge of automotive industry compliance and regulatory standards

    Working knowledge of insurance policies, claims, and regulatory requirements

    Preferred strong general understanding of law and legal principles

    Familiarity with corporate entity structuring and business registrations

    Understanding of purchase agreements, lease agreements, and related documentation

    Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively

    Strong understanding of funding processes and financial compliance

    High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
