Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
Provide general administrative support to management and team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or data tracking experience
Familiarity with compliance-related administrative tasks, such as:
Maintaining compliance files and documentation
Tracking licenses, permits, or certifications
Assisting with audits or internal reviews
Ensuring records align with company policies and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information
