At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find meaningful career opportunities at some of the best property management companies in the country. We're currently seeking a Compliance Admin to support a brand new lease-up for a 100% Tax Credit ( LIHTC ) community in New Brunswick.
This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and make a direct impact in a brand-new community. The first residents are moving in this July, so the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help ensure a smooth, compliant lease-up process. If you have prior Tax Credit (LIHTC) or lease-up experience and want to grow with a supportive, well-established affordable housing organization, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
Support the full lease-up process at a brand new 58-unit Tax Credit (LIHTC) property
Assist prospective residents through the application and qualification process
Ensure compliance with all Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations and program guidelines
Provide support to a nearby sister property once lease-up is complete
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working at Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
