  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a Compliance Administrator, you will use effective communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries related to the commercial trucking industry.

    • Handles task requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Communicates contract language in terms callers will understand.
    • Maintain customers’ account details in our management system.
    • Communicates with customers on account changes.
    • Completes specific projects relating to customers’ requests.
    • Assists other departments in handling customer needs.
    • Ability to discuss billing and provide accounting assistance to customers.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Assist customers with commercial truck licensing, log auditing, driver qualification files, and other related services.
    • All other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Relevant associate’s degree highly preferred.
    • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
    • Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
    • Strong follow through and organizational skills.
    • Adaptable to a quick pace with advanced time management skills.
    • Possess strong people skills and highly service oriented.
    • Must work well in a multi-task, team-focused environment, and independently.
    • General computer knowledge, able to work in Microsoft office products, and ability to learn multiple software programs.
