The Compliance Analyst will ensure our operations adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations while supporting the daily compliance needs of a multi-state lending environment with broker and correspondent channels. The CA will be responsible for overseeing state-specific disclosure set up finalization, monitoring MLO licensing status across jurisdictions, and supporting broader compliance functions across the organization. Responsibilities: **Disclosure & Document Compliance ** • Create, manage, and finalize state-specific initial disclosure packages for each licensed state. • Review disclosures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with TRID, TILA, RESPA, and state-specific requirements. • Coordinate with LOS and document vendors (e.g., DocMagic) to maintain accurate libraries. • Monitor regulatory changes and update disclosure content accordingly. Licensing Oversight • Track and maintain active MLO licenses across all jurisdictions. • Support new MLO onboarding by managing NMLS sponsorship and state application processes. • Coordinate with HR and operations to ensure timely CE compliance and license renewals. • Serve as a point of contact for NMLS system management and licensing inquiries. **Compliance Monitoring & Support ** • Assist with the implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures. • Monitor for and escalate any violations or gaps in licensing, disclosures, or regulatory compliance. • Support pre-funding and post-closing audit reviews as needed. • Provide compliance support and guidance to loan officers, processors, and support staff. Training & Reporting • Maintain compliance logs and records for audits and internal reporting. • Prepare and distribute compliance updates to staff regarding policy changes or regulatory developments. • Participate in internal training sessions and help develop compliance-related materials. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, preferably with both broker and correspondent channels. • Strong knowledge of TRID, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, and state-specific lending laws. • Experience with NMLS, MLO licensing workflows, and multi-state license maintenance. • Familiarity with LOS platforms (Arive) and document vendors ( DocMagic). • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance and communicate implications to staff clearly. • Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills. • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and regulatory deadlines. • Proactive and solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Education • High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree preferred.
