Job Purpose

Compliance Associate supports the Director of Compliance in monitoring the effectiveness of the company compliance program and helps with compliance related projects.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage & monitor all incoming and in process consumer bankruptcy fillings for action and disposition.
• Manage all operational monitoring reports
  • International Skip Tracing
  • Disputes, Cease & Desist Requests, Prior ATY processing HLD Report
  • Missing Scrub Report
  • SCRA Requests
  • BAD Post Date EFT Monitoring
• Assist with managing and responding to TransUnion inquires through e-OSCAR website.
• Assist with internal operational audits to determine adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with Developing and Managing Corporate Procedural Manuals
• Assist in administration of compliance document management system.
• Assist with regular and on-going training needs

Qualifications

Education : 4+ years relevant experience and/or College Degree preferred

Specialized knowledge : In depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, PCI, privacy and various state collection statutes, Regulation F preferred.

Experience : 2+ years’ experience in collection and/or servicing operations
