    Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team at Trucordia. As a Compliance Associate, we are looking for someone to provide excellent customer service to our ITL Clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional front-line support through phone and walk-in customer service.
    • Perform data entry across multiple systems, including AMS, and update customer records as needed.
    • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, including Driver Qualification and Vehicle Maintenance records.
    • Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and assist with new driver orientation.
    • Prepare and support DOT audits, including entrant audits and audit file preparation.
    • Generate customer invoices and manage scanned documents within AMS and the server.
    • Draft and file business correspondence and paperwork accurately.
    • Maintain customer service logs and complete outstanding work tasks.
    • Assist with quarterly IFTA reporting and perform ITL services for clients.
    • Provide phone backup coverage and perform general administrative duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite Platforms
