    The Compliance Coordinator role is responsible for aiding in ensuring company policy and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The Compliance Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards as well.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist Compliance Manager with execution of the companywide compliance program • Assist in maintaining risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, legal, and corporate policy requirements • Provide compliance risk and regulatory support for compliance program elements • Help influence timely remediation of issues, deficiencies, or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management • Assist in maintaining sub-contractor files to ensure compliance. • Assist in decisions and resolutions to meet business objectives • Assist in the preparation and delivery of compliance training and awareness program

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • 3 Years of progressive leadership, compliance, HR, asset protection experience • Previous customer service experience • Experience with Microsoft Office/Data entry • Ability to work in CRM system to maintain client and customer communications • Ability to work proactively and independently while managing time appropriately

    PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in navigating within an installation service model
