Compliance Inspector

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to help keep our community beautiful, safe, and in line with HOA standards. In this role, you’ll patrol the neighborhood, document violations, and work with residents to maintain property standards.

What You’ll Do:

Perform regular property inspections

Document and report violations with photos and notes

Issue notices and track compliance

Communicate with residents about rules and resolutions

What You Bring:

Professional, respectful communication

Ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

(Preferred) HOA, property management, or code enforcement experience
