General Placement Service is recruiting on behalf of an A+ rated & one of the largest Medical Malpractice Insurance writers in the United States. They seek to hire a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance activities. In this role you will ensure that the company's products and operations comply with the laws and ethical standards.

The products are professional liability focused.

In this role, you will:

• Establish compliance strategy
• Resolve compliance risks
• Integrate proper AI automation for a streamlined compliance process
• Provide accurate and timely reporting

To be qualified, you must have:

• 6+ years of compliance or regulatory experience
• Bachelors degree required
• Leadership experience
• Industry designations (CPCU, CCEP, CRCM) preferred
• 6+ years of Property & Casualty regulations experience
• SERFF experience
• Medical malpractice and/or professional liability experience is a PLUS
