The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the CCO perform his/her duties. Assist ensuring Girosol is in compliance with the Regulations established by the Federal and State Regulatory agencies.

** Job Responsibilities:**

• States Reporting
• Corporate Annual Reports
• State Licensing
• Unclaimed Property reports
• Annual Due Diligence for Banks
• Payer’s Due Diligence
• Annual background check for employees
• Training for employees
• SAR & CTR filing
• Audit Preparation
• New agent application approval
• Quarterly OFAC testing
• Quarterly clean desk testing
• Report Agents List to FINCEN
• Report 314B to FINCEN
• FINCEN Registration renewal
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

** Job Requirements:**

• Bilingual – English-Spanish
• Ability to give presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
