    Full-Time Compliance Officer

    Company: EmmUcare Home Health Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $15–$17 per hour, based on experience

    Position Overview

    EmmUcare Home Health is a growing home care agency committed to providing high-quality care while maintaining strong standards of compliance, accuracy, and professionalism.

    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance department. This position is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and maintaining employee and client documentation to ensure records remain complete, current, and audit-ready.

    Key Responsibilities

    Review employee and client files for completeness and accuracy

    Track caregiver certifications, licenses, screenings, and expiration dates

    Contact employees regarding missing, incomplete, or expiring documentation

    Maintain compliance spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and electronic records

    Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits

    Review onboarding documentation, background screenings, and credentials

    Enter and update compliance information in company systems

    Communicate compliance concerns to the appropriate team members

    Follow up consistently to ensure required corrections are completed

    Protect confidential employee and client information

    Assist with other compliance and administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in compliance, healthcare, home care, human resources, or office administration is a must.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

    Comfortable following up with employees and holding others accountable

    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

    Ability to handle confidential information professionally

    Compensation and Benefits
