Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Compliance Site Manager will report directly to the Compliance Director in executing the Henry Ford Health (HFH) Compliance Program. This role assists in ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and Compliance Program standards, while promoting a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. The Compliance Site Manager partners with leadership, physicians, and staff and maintains a consistent on-site presence at an assigned hospital to support compliance engagement, risk identification, and operational integration.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare compliance experience; OR
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Experience within a multi-hospital system (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs, investigations, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with healthcare information systems
