      • Partner with program managers, product owners, and engineering teams to coordinate requirements, roadmaps, milestones, and ongoing status updates
    • Product & Roadmap Development
      • Define and manage product roadmaps, including success metrics (KPIs), and establish methods to track and measure performance
    • Risk & Issue Management
      • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
    • Operational Excellence
      • Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives in fast-paced, product-driven organizations
    • Executive Communication

    • Process Improvement & Automation
      • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and scale through automation
    • Technical & Domain Expertise
      • Build subject matter expertise in technology and fintech domains, staying current on trends (e.g., platforms, data, payments, AI) and contributing to roadmap direction
    • Hands-On Program Leadership
      • Seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution to drive projects to completion
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in highly matrixed organizations
    • Technical and/or data fluency, with the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
    • Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
    • Must be open to a hybrid work model, including 3 days per week onsite at a Sia office or client site in New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle Metropolitan Area
