Client Account Manager

THE ROLE:
We have an immediate opening for a Client Account Manager to onboard new clients following a handoff from sales.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the client relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction and optimal utilization of the Compliatric cloud-based platform.
To perform this job successfully, the Client Account Manager must serve as a zealous advocate of their accounts and work to ensure client satisfaction. This role focuses on driving utilization of our solutions by making certain our customers are sufficiently trained and engaged in the use of these solutions.
To excel in this role, you must be confident, sociable and enjoy interacting with customers (mostly by telephone and web meetings) – and be a resourceful, detail and process-oriented problem solver. JOB DESCRIPTION:
INITIATE AND LEAD IMPLEMENTATION - responsible for onboarding new clients in the time frame specified and includes the following:
Plan and schedule meetings with clients throughout implementation, and meet their projected go-live date
Ensure each client’s needs are met and train users on their platform
High performing Implementation Specialist will be able to handle 30 clients
DEMONSTRATE AND TRAIN - demonstrate the system and features to the client.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Education or Diploma - we will train the right candidate!
Effective at communicating technical concepts to audiences of varying technical ability
Excellent written and verbal skills and attention to detail required, strong presentation skills a plus
Organized and able to operate in a fast-paced technical environment
Team player and highly collaborative
Proactive and resourceful
Ability to problem solve
Have a passion to truly help our core clients - Health Centers serving those in need
