    Job Description

    Complicore is a complete risk management solution that scales to millions of users. A customizable compliance engine enables real-time monitoring of hundreds of requirements keeping organizations compliant.

    We are looking for individuals excited to join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives, Account Executives, and Training Specialists. Our Customer Services Representatives are the primary contact for clients utilizing our complete risk management platform. Customer Service Representatives are knowledgeable in the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and in a customer service friendly manner.
    • Contact clients via outbound phone calls and emails.
    • Schedule onboarding and training sessions for new and current clients.
    • Complete new client registration.
    • Coordinate with client, training specialists, and as required leadership and project management team.
    • Manage the training specialists schedules.
    • Follow up with clients for onboarding.
    • Identify and resolve issues that impact clients’ experiences.
    • Channel escalated issues to appropriate supervisory staff.
    • Other administrative responsibilities, as required.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent customer service skills and a compassion for helping others.
    • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training.
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
    • Strong sense of commitment and accountability.
    • Call Center experience is preferred but not required.
